In this project I took a dive into my health lifestyle habits. I exported my health app data from my apple watch, cleaned it then restructured it to derive meaningful insights from it. I used both R programming and illustrator to create this final poster. I had a lot of fun testing different designs and colors. I also tried my best at creating a theme and a story- both with my choice of colors (sticking to the apple watch black and fluorescent color theme) and with a relevant covid-related story!
